Return and Refund Policy

At Titliyan Group of India, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or adjustments may be applicable for our products and services.

1. Sales of Products

Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
The customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
Custom-made or specially manufactured items
Change of mind after purchase

Refunds (Sales)

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment.
Processing time may take 7–10 working days after approval.
Transportation or handling charges are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

2. Rental Services

Rental Returns

Rental equipment must be returned on or before the agreed return date.
Late returns may attract additional rental charges.
Equipment must be returned in proper working condition.

Refunds (Rental)

Advance rental payments are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Equipment is unavailable after confirmation
- Service is cancelled by Titliyan Group of India

Any damage, loss, or excessive wear to rented equipment will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

3. Cancellations

Order or rental cancellations must be requested before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Cancellation charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be allowed for defective or damaged products, subject to inspection and stock availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Inspection and Approval

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Titliyan Group of India. Our decision shall be final.
